This position's primary responsibilities will include applications of fertilizer/herbicides/pesticides etc. according to our Turf/Tree/Shrub program. Ability to diagnose common lawn issues and prior sales experience a plus. Other responsibilities will be assisting other crews with lawn maintenance. Candidate with a valid PA Pesticide Applicator's License with Categories 6&7 is preferred but not required provided candidate has experience. Candidate have a clean valid PA driver's license.

Candidate Qualifications:

• Previous experience in lawn care, tree care, or landscape maintenance preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to do snow removal in the winter
• Work long hours and weekends when needed
• Experience driving a truck and trailer combination
