You may have seen our signature Big Pink Trucks throughout Bucks County. If not, we'll introduce ourselves. Full Circle is a fast-growing lawn care company serving homeowners throughout Bucks County. We are building a performance-driven team where reliability, efficiency, customer service, and quality work are recognized and rewarded. We are hiring Seasonal Lawn Aeration Technicians for our busy fall aeration and overseeding season, running from August 24 through October 31 . This is a full-time, temporary outdoor position with the potential for future employment and advancement for top performers. What You'll Do As a Lawn Aeration Technician, you will operate professional aeration and overseeding equipment at residential properties throughout Bucks County. You will be trusted to manage your assigned route, care for company equipment, communicate professionally with customers, and complete each property safely and efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include:
Operating commercial walk-behind lawn aerators and overseeding equipment Performing core aeration and overseeding services Loading, unloading, and safely transporting equipment Following scheduled routes using company software Inspecting lawns and identifying obstacles before beginning work Applying seed at the proper rate and documenting completed services Measuring properties when necessary Providing customers with basic aftercare and watering instructions Identifying opportunities for additional lawn services Maintaining clean, organized equipment and vehicles Communicating with the office and field leadership throughout the day Compensation This is not a capped, flat-pay position. Your earning opportunity is tied to your productivity, efficiency, quality, and reliability.
Expected weekly earning potential:
$850-$1,300+ Top performers may earn more through performance-based compensation and service opportunities. The more efficiently and effectively you complete high-quality work, the more you can earn. Requirements Valid driver's license with a reasonably clean driving record Reliable transportation to our facility Ability to safely operate commercial lawn equipment Ability to repeatedly lift and move up to 50 pounds Ability to walk and operate equipment across multiple properties each day Ability to work outdoors in heat, rain, and changing fall conditions Strong communication and basic math skills Ability to use a smartphone and route-management applications Dependable attendance and punctuality Professional attitude when interacting with customers and coworkers The Work This position is: Outdoor, active, and physically demanding Independent, but supported by a team Fast-paced and performance-driven Based on measurable daily production Ideal for someone who would rather stay moving than sit behind a desk Aeration equipment requires strength, attention, and control. Candidates must be comfortable working long days outdoors and operating heavy equipment across lawns with slopes, landscaping, gates, irrigation heads, and other obstacles.
