Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Lawn Maintenance Technician and play a vital role in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor environments! In this energetic and hands-on position, you will be responsible for delivering top-quality lawn care, landscape maintenance, and gardening services. Your expertise will help transform outdoor spaces into vibrant, inviting areas that clients can enjoy year-round. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, utilize a variety of tools and equipment, and develop your skills in landscaping, horticulture, and construction-related tasks. Duties Mow lawns, trim edges, and perform detailed gardening to ensure lush, healthy turf and vibrant plantings Operate power tools such as trimmers, blowers, and lawn mowers safely and efficiently Maintain landscape features including hardscape elements like pathways, patios, and retaining walls Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth Assist with irrigation system installation, repairs, and adjustments to ensure optimal watering schedules Support snow plowing operations during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe Use hand tools and machinery like excavators for landscape modifications or construction projects Requirements Mechanical knowledge with experience handling power tools and landscaping equipment Proven lawn care skills including mowing, edging, fertilizing, and weed control Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices such as planting, pruning, and soil preparation Knowledge of horticulture principles to support healthy plant growth and garden design Experience in tree care including trimming and health assessments Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety protocols diligently Prior experience in gardening, landscaping, or related outdoor maintenance roles is preferred Join us if you're passionate about outdoor work and eager to develop your skills in lawn care, landscape maintenance, and construction!
