This candidate will service lawns with fertilizer and weed control products as well as perform turf renovations, seeding, sod installations, meet with clients to diagnose turf issues and provide estimates/quotes. This is not an entry level job. We require 3-4 years minimum with lawn care applicator experience as well as a PA Pesticide Applicator license. The lawn care specialist's responsibilities include maintaining the lawns of private and corporate clients, maintaining athletic turf, applying fertilizer and pesticides, aerating, renovating turf, seeding, etc., as well as helping to oversee mowing operations and assist when necessary. Candidate must also maintain accurate records and follow state guidelines and standards. Clean driving record and valid PA driver's license are a must. Ideal candidate must have several years of industry commercial and residential mowing experience as well as Category 7 license or ability to obtain license within 45 days of hiring. Proficiency with fertilizer and chemical applications, as well as familiarity with Wright Stander, Walker, Ferris walk behind and zero turn, etc.
