Job Overview We are
URGENTLY
seeking a motivated and energetic Landscape Technician to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces through a variety of landscaping and horticultural tasks. Your enthusiasm for outdoor work, combined with your technical skills, will help create beautiful, functional landscapes that exceed client expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors in all seasons, applying your knowledge of landscape maintenance and construction to deliver exceptional results. Duties Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, fertilizing, and aeration to keep turf healthy and vibrant Maintain landscape features such as planting beds, shrubs, trees, and hardscape elements with precision and care Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery such as skid steers, zero-turn mower, and tractors safely and efficiently Conduct tree trimming, pruning, and tree care to promote healthy growth and safety Install irrigation systems and perform routine maintenance to ensure proper watering coverage Assist with landscape construction projects including hardscape installation like patios, walkways, and retaining walls Provide general landscape maintenance by weeding, mulching, and seasonal clean-up activities to keep properties pristine Experience Prior experience in landscaping, horticulture, or related outdoor maintenance roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment, power tools, and small machinery is highly desirable Familiarity with lawn care techniques Knowledge of plant health care including pruning, tree trimming, and gardening best practices Ability to operate equipment is a plus Strong understanding of safety procedures when handling tools and machinery in outdoor environments A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills related to landscape maintenance and construction Join us in transforming outdoor spaces into stunning landscapes!
