We provide customers with high-quality, safe, quiet, and clean lawn care services. We are looking for reliable people with a good attitude. We have competitive wages and there is a lot of growth and opportunity for individuals to grow! You will enjoy working outside with our commercial electric, zero-emissions, quiet equipment, and chemical-free fertilizers. There is no gas, no fumes, and less vibrations. You will work out of one of our company trucks, using our company equipment and our Clean Air Lawn Care service methods. As one of our professionals, you will be responsible for servicing client properties with weekly mowing visits, apply mulch, maintain beds, compost top dress, and provide other professional services ensuring great customer service. You must have a valid driver's license and your own transportation to work. We are looking for honest, hard-working reliable individuals to become the newest member of our growing team. Comfortable and professional-looking uniform shirts are provided Family-owned business with local support team Higher pay scale based on experience, proven reliability, and team player Training for assistant manager role, pay raise, and title to follow for the right people Responsibilities Mowing, trimming, edging, hedge trimming, pulling weeds, mulching, composting, and yard clean-ups as assigned Work safely and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor Arrive for work on time, ready for the work day on the schedule Learn to properly use and maintain all company equipment, including battery management, mower blade sharpening, trimmer line replacement Maintain company vehicle inside and out keeping tools in order and secure, daily clean up, and always minding the security of the trucks and contents Daily phone or email communication with owner and/or business manager to review work completed and outlook for the following day/shifts. Requirements High school or equivalent Driver's License with good record (we'll check this so please don't apply if you have a poor driving record) Lawn care maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
