As we continue to grow, we are looking for passionate individuals to join our team and help transform yards into beautiful landscapes that our clients will cherish for years. Summary We are seeking a Lawn Care Technician to join our team at BC Lawncare. Must have clean driving record and able to drive company truck. This position is essential for maintaining and enhancing the beauty of our clients' properties. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional lawn care services while ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform groundskeeping tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns. Assist in landscape maintenance activities such as planting, mulching, and weeding. Help with the installation of new landscape features and irrigation systems. Ensure all equipment is maintained and operated safely. Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project needs. Support leadership in training new crew members on best practices. Requirements Experience in groundskeeping or landscape maintenance is preferred. Strong attention to detail with a passion for outdoor work. Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions effectively. Basic knowledge of plant care, irrigation systems, and landscaping techniques is a plus. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Must have clean driving record and able to drive company truck.
