We're looking for a Power Washing Spray Techs to join our crew. This is a rare ground-floor opportunity with an innovative exterior cleaning company with the potential to grow into lead tech, crew lead, or even a power washing drone pilot roles as we expand. If you like being outdoors, working with your hands, and seeing an immediate before-and-after result on every job, this one's for you. What You'll Do Operate pressure washing and soft washing equipment to clean driveways, sidewalks, siding, roofs, fences, decks, and commercial exteriors Mix and apply eco-friendly cleaning solutions safely and correctly Set up and break down equipment, hoses, and job site safety zones Inspect and photograph surfaces before and after cleaning to make sure every job meets our quality standard Load, transport, and maintain equipment and vehicles Represent our company professionally on residential and commercial job sites Follow all safety protocols, especially around ladders, elevated surfaces, and chemical handling Communicate with team leads and customers on-site as needed What We're Looking For Some power washing, construction, or outdoor labor experience is a plus — but not essential. We'll train the right person Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and physically able to lift equipment, and stand for extended periods Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team-first attitude Attention to detail and pride in a job well done Willingness to learn new equipment and techniques, including our sustainable cleaning products Why Us?
