No spray tanning experience is required — we provide paid, hands-on training. This is more than a spray tanning role. Our Spray Tan Specialists create an elevated, personalized client experience while building relationships, recommending products and memberships, and helping every client leave feeling confident and glowing. What You'll Do Provide customized, airbrush tanning services Conduct personalized client consultations Educate clients on tan preparation, aftercare and maintenance Recommend products, services and memberships based on each client's needs Rebook clients and build lasting client relationships Accurately process transactions and maintain client notes Maintain clean, organized and sanitized treatment rooms Participate in ongoing coaching and professional development Contribute to individual and team sales and performance goals We'd Love to Meet You If You Are Friendly, outgoing and comfortable talking with clients Confident making recommendations and working toward sales goals Coachable and open to feedback Dependable, punctual and detail-oriented Passionate about beauty, wellness and customer service A positive team player who takes initiative What We Offer Potential to earn $30+/hour with hourly pay, tips and commission Paid spray tan training — no experience necessary Employee product discounts Complimentary spray tans
