Flexible | Evenings & Weekends Available About Us Blackroot Property Services is a growing Chattanooga-based property services company supporting property managers, investors, and national vendors throughout Tennessee.

We perform:

Property inspections Debris removal Lawn maintenance Lock changes Minor repairs Property preservation services General maintenance and make-ready work We are currently expanding and looking for reliable individuals to support field operations. Position Overview This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, driving locally, and helping operations run smoothly. This role will support technicians by handling: Home Depot material runs Delivering supplies to job sites Property photo documentation Dump runs and material pickups Assisting with inspections Organizing receipts and inventory Light labor and miscellaneous assignments This position can eventually grow into a full Contract Field Technician role. Compensation $20/hr Minimum 2-hour dispatch pay Gas reimbursement with receipts Completion bonuses available Growth opportunities into higher paying field work Requirements

MUST HAVE

Reliable vehicle Smartphone with camera Valid driver's license Ability to lift 50+ lbs Strong communication skills Ability to work independently

Preferred:
