Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Lawn Care Worker to join our dynamic landscaping team! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces by performing a variety of lawn and landscape maintenance tasks. Your enthusiasm for outdoor work, combined with your attention to detail and technical skills, will help create stunning environments that clients love. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in landscaping, gardening, and outdoor equipment operation while contributing to vibrant, well-kept landscapes. Side note if you can't work long hours or can't handle the heat please do not apply. Don't need people I would have to babysit Responsibilities Mow lawns, trim edges, and perform turf maintenance using power tools such as mowers and trimmers Perform landscape maintenance including planting, mulching, pruning, and shrubbery care Operate hand tools and power equipment like blowers, hedge trimmers, and edgers safely and efficiently Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting, repairing, or adjusting sprinklers to ensure proper watering Assist with hardscape projects such as installing pathways or retaining walls under supervision Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and basic tree health assessments have to be experienced with a weed eater Skills Mechanical knowledge to operate and troubleshoot lawn care and landscaping equipment Proven experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as excavators used in landscaping projects Knowledge of horticulture principles and plant health care practices Ability to perform construction-related tasks like hardscape installation or minor site modifications Experience with tree care including trimming and pruning techniques Strong understanding of irrigation systems and their maintenance needs Physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions Excellent attention to detail and safety awareness when handling equipment and performing tasks Join us if you're passionate about transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful landscapes!
