Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Lawn Spray Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying lawn treatments to ensure healthy, vibrant, and pest-free lawns. The technician will operate equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to all safety protocols. This position requires a focus on quality service delivery without the use of ladders, emphasizing safety and precision in every job. Duties Apply lawn treatments such as fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides according to company standards and safety guidelines. Operate spray equipment accurately to ensure even coverage across designated areas. Conduct site assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans for each lawn. Follow all safety procedures during application processes to protect yourself, clients, and the environment. Maintain equipment cleanliness and perform routine inspections for proper functioning. Communicate effectively with clients regarding services provided and address any questions or concerns professionally. Complete all necessary documentation related to treatments performed and service reports. Ensure no ladder is used during operations, adhering strictly to safety policies. Skills Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality work. Ability to operate spray equipment safely and efficiently. Good communication skills for interacting with clients and team members. Basic knowledge of lawn care products and their proper application methods. Physical stamina and the ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions.
