Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining beautiful landscapes and gardens, ensuring that our clients' outdoor spaces are healthy, vibrant, and well-kept. This role requires a combination of physical labor, mechanical knowledge, and an eye for detail to deliver exceptional lawn care services. Duties Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, and trimming to maintain healthy grass and landscapes. Utilize power tools and equipment effectively for various landscaping tasks. Dig and prepare soil for planting flowers, shrubs, or trees as needed. Conduct tree care activities including pruning and removal of dead or diseased branches. Assist in hardscape projects such as installing patios, walkways, or retaining walls. Maintain equipment in good working condition through regular cleaning and basic repairs. Provide groundskeeping services to ensure the overall appearance of properties is pristine. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely. Requirements Experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Proficiency with power tools and mechanical knowledge to operate landscaping equipment safely. Ability to dig, plant, and maintain various types of gardens and landscapes. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Physical stamina to perform outdoor tasks in varying weather conditions. A valid driver's license may be required depending on job duties. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills in lawn care and landscaping.
