Overview We are seeking a motivated Wildlife Trapper/Monthly Technician to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for trapping and removing nuisance wildlife safely and humanely, conducting regular maintenance visits, and ensuring properties are wildlife-free. This position offers an active, hands-on experience with a focus on animal control, property preservation, and customer service. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and eager to make a positive impact in the community. Responsibilities Safely trap and remove various nuisance wildlife species using humane methods Conduct scheduled monthly visits to inspect traps, perform property assessments, and maintain equipment Utilize hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and land management equipment to support trapping activities Drive company vehicles to different job sites while adhering to safety protocols Document all work performed accurately in reports and logs for each property visit Communicate effectively with clients regarding wildlife issues and removal progress Qualifications Prior experience or familiarity with pest control, lawn care, farming, landscaping, or agriculture is highly desirable Knowledge of land management tools such as hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, or fencing equipment is a plus Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate company vehicles safely Strong physical stamina to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and work outdoors in various weather conditions Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and safety protocols Ability to follow instructions precisely and work independently or as part of a team Nice-to-Have Skills (Optional but Beneficial) Experience in sales or customer service roles Familiarity with pest control techniques or wildlife management practices Skills in lawn care or landscaping projects Hands-on experience with farming or agricultural operations Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time Must be able to lift 50 Lbs. or more Must be able to kneel and willing to get dirty to place traps as needed Why You'll Love It Here Join a passionate team committed to making a difference!
