Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and groundskeeping, with the ability to build, maintain, and enhance outdoor spaces. This role requires a blend of mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience with various tools and equipment used in lawn care and maintenance. Responsibilities Build and maintain landscapes, ensuring aesthetic appeal and health of plants. Irrigate lawns and gardens effectively to promote healthy growth. Perform tree care tasks including pruning, trimming, and disease management. Conduct regular mowing of lawns to maintain an even and healthy appearance. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for various landscaping tasks. Carry out groundskeeping duties, including debris removal and general upkeep of outdoor spaces. Monitor the health of plants and lawns, providing necessary treatments as needed. Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely manner. Experience Previous experience in landscaping or lawn care is preferred but not mandatory. Strong mechanical knowledge related to lawn care equipment is beneficial. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping tasks. Experience in tree care or horticulture is a plus.
