About the Role Fluffy Scooper® is Austin's trusted pet waste removal service. We're hiring dependable, self-motivated Scoop Technicians to help keep our clients' yards clean, fresh, and dog-friendly.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday Hours:

Some days are 5-6 hours, others are 8-10 hours; maximum 20 hours per week/2-3 days a week

Service Areas:

Kyle, Buda, Austin, North Austin, Cedar Park, and parts of Round Rock (headquartered in South Austin) What You'll Do Drive company vehicle to assigned client yards Pick up pet waste using company-provided tools and follow GPS routes Maintain clear communication with the office and report any issues Occasionally interact with clients in a friendly, professional manner Work outdoors independently in all weather conditions What We Provide Bi-Weekly pay Paid training Uniform shirt/vest and hat (you provide pants and safe footwear) Performance-based bonuses (Tips, client reviews, new lead referrals, etc.) Growth opportunities - potential to move into full-time or leadership roles Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Must love dogs and be comfortable with all breeds and sizes Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Smartphone with GPS capability and data plan Able to walk 2-5 miles per day, bend, squat, and lift up to 30 lbs Comfortable working in all weather conditions Background check and drug test required Must be authorized to work in the US Preferred (Not Required) Experience in landscaping, lawn care, delivery, customer service or pet care Familiarity with route-based or independent field work Ready to get paid to hang out with dogs and enjoy the outdoors? !
