Full Job Description Responsibilities:
Load and unload landscaping tools, plants, and materials into/from vehicles. Assist with mowing, edging, trimming, and mulching tasks. Remove weeds, dead plants, and debris from landscapes. Plant shrubs, flowers, and trees as needed. Communicate effectively with team members and clients. Maintain accurate records of work hours and tasks completed.
Qualifications:
Age:
21 years or older.
Education:
N/A Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a landscape maintenance worker or similar role. Proficient in operating maintenance equipment (lawnmowers, trimmers, blowers).
Skills:
Physically fit to perform outdoor tasks. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Effective communication skills.
