Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Lawn Technician to join our team. In this role, you will perform commercial landscaping and grounds maintenance services at assigned properties while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and professionalism. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and is comfortable operating commercial landscaping equipment in various weather conditions. Responsibilities Operate commercial landscaping equipment, including: Zero-turn mowers Backpack blowers Pole saws Hedge trimmers Chainsaws Perform mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, pruning, and general landscape maintenance. Assist with tree trimming, limb removal, and storm cleanup as needed. Load, unload, and secure equipment and materials on trucks and trailers. Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance on assigned equipment. Follow all company safety policies and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Complete assigned properties according to scheduled timelines and company quality standards. Report equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or property concerns to your supervisor. Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while working on customer properties. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Ability to safely operate commercial lawn care and landscaping equipment. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team. Strong commitment to workplace safety. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus. Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience is preferred but not required . High school diploma or GED preferred. Valid driver's license preferred for employees operating company vehicles. Physical Requirements Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in high heat and humidity. Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and repetitive movement. Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds . Ability to push, pull, and maneuver commercial landscaping equipment. Ability to safely operate vibrating power tools for extended periods. Work Environment Outdoor work in varying weather conditions, including high temperatures and humidity. Travel between local job sites is required. No overnight travel is expected.
