Basic math and computer skills, with the ability to learn point-of-sale and inventory-related systems. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, based on seasonal business needs.

What You'll Do Welcome customers and create a helpful, personal shopping experience. Ask questions to understand each customer's project, then recommend products and solutions with confidence. Assist customers with merchandise across Lawn & Garden and Hardlines, including hardware, paint, plumbing, electrical, grilling, outdoor living, and seasonal products. Share general product knowledge, helpful project tips, and complementary-item recommendations. Keep displays clean, organized, stocked, priced, and ready for customers. Assist with receiving, unpacking, stocking, replenishing, and organizing merchandise in the sales floor and stockroom. Support seasonal displays, promotions, inventory tasks, and other store needs. Physical Requirements This role requires the ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation. Duties may include standing and walking for extended periods; bending, reaching, kneeling, and using ladders or step stools; pushing carts; and lifting or carrying merchandise up to 40 pounds.
