Herbicide Spray Technician (Weed Control Specialist) Urban Landscaping & Irrigation | DFW Area If you like working outdoors, working independently, and actually seeing the impact of your work in real time, this role is for you. We are looking for a Herbicide Spray Technician to join our growing team. This is a skilled field position focused on helping maintain healthy, clean, and weed-free landscapes across the DFW area. This is not a desk job. This is a get-it-done, results-driven field role.

What You'll Be Doing:

Apply herbicide and weed control treatments to residential and commercial properties Follow safety guidelines and product application rates with accuracy Identify weed types and select appropriate treatment methods Maintain high-quality turf and landscape appearance Keep detailed records of applications and site conditions Operate a company vehicle to travel between job sites Communicate with the team on site conditions and job progress

What We're Looking For:

Valid Driver's License (required) Ability to work independently and stay on schedule Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn chemical application processes Reliability and consistency in daily work performance Comfort working outdoors in Texas weather conditions Preferred (But Not Required): Experience in lawn care, landscaping, or chemical application Herbicide or pesticide applicator license (or willingness to obtain one) Knowledge of turf grass, weeds, and plant health Spanish-speaking ability (strong plus in our field teams)
