We at NBPC are currently looking to hire individuals with professional experience in pruning and maintaining a variety of shrubs and plants. A strong understanding of the different plant types common in our region and the proper trimming techniques for each is essential. Additionally, candidates must possess a valid driver's license.

Key Responsibilities:

Trim, shape, and maintain shrubs and hedges to enhance aesthetic appeal. Install plants, mulch, rock, etc. Safely operate and maintain landscaping tools, including hedge trimmers, chain saws, and loppers. Perform routine inspections to ensure plant health and address maintenance needs. Transport equipment and materials to job sites as needed.

Qualifications:

Proven professional experience in shrub and hedge maintenance. Skilled in the safe use of hedge trimmers, chain saws, loppers, and similar tools. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.

Full-time position, Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30PM. Competitive pay based on experience.
