If you have a strong work ethic and want to learn a skilled trade, we'll provide structured training, ride-alongs, and licensing support. Candidates with backgrounds in lawn care, pest control, landscaping, or other outdoor service roles typically ramp faster — but it's not a requirement. What you'll do Service residential properties on a daily route in and around Plano, Richardson, McKinney, Frisco, and Garland Apply lawn care, mosquito, and pest control treatments Inspect properties and communicate findings to homeowners Maintain service records and keep your truck and equipment clean and organized Follow safety procedures What we offer $20
