That means hot summers (90-105°F), cold winter mornings, and physically active days on residential routes. You'll lift 50 lbs regularly. You'll be on your feet for 8+ hours. You'll inspect properties, apply treatments, maintain detailed service records, and communicate with homeowners. If that sounds like your kind of work, keep reading. Entry-level or experienced — both welcome, but trade background preferred If you have experience in lawn care, pest control, landscaping, construction, or other outdoor trade work, you'll ramp faster and you'll understand the work ethic this role requires. That background tells us you know how to work outside, work hard, and take pride in your work. We also train entry-level candidates from the ground up, but you need to have a genuine trade mentality: detail-oriented, willing to learn, ready to ask questions, and not waiting for someone to tell you what to do next. We provide structured training, ride-alongs, and ongoing support. After you successfully complete your 90-day onboarding period, we'll support you in working toward your pesticide license. What you'll do Service residential properties on a daily route in and around Plano, Richardson, McKinney, Frisco, and Garland Apply lawn care, mosquito, and pest control treatments Inspect properties, identify issues, and communicate findings to homeowners Maintain accurate service records and customer notes—details matter Keep your truck, equipment, and uniform clean and organized Follow all safety procedures What we offer $20

We'll pay you for that day, but it's not a guarantee of hire — it's your chance to see the real work, and our chance to see how you perform in the field. We move thoughtfully through this process because a bad hire hurts everyone. If we both feel it's the right fit at each stage, we move forward. If not, we'll be honest about it.
