Job Description
We are looking for a dependable and motivated Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader to join our growing team. We take pride in delivering high- quality work with exceptional attention to detail. The ideal candidate is experienced, hardworking, team-oriented, and capable of leading crews efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Mowing/String Trimming Pruning/Weeding Edging and Mulching Brush Removal Tree Work Stump grinding Plant Installs Annual/Mum Installs Spring/Fall Cleanups Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently Supervise and support crew members on daily tasks Ensure jobs are completed professionally and on schedule Communicate effectively with team members
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience leading a landscape crew required Knowledgeable in plant identification, care, and overall plant health Valid drivers license with reliable transportation required Experience driving trucks and pulling trailers safely Strong leadership and team management abilities Ability to lift 50 + lbs. and perform physical outdoor work Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
