Cogbill Construction is seeking an entry-level employee t o handle both lawn care and routine maintenance of company vehicles, equipment, and facilities.

Responsibilities:

Perform lawn care: mowing (zero-turn, push mower), weed-eating, bush-hogging. Wash and detail company vehicles. Assist with routine/preventive maintenance on trucks, trailers, heavy equipment, shop machinery, and power tools (check oils, fluids, filters). Keep maintenance records and paperwork current. Help in the fabrication shop or on construction projects when needed (cleaning, assisting workers). Perform other general tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

High School diploma. Valid driver's license (state-issued). Clean background check and ability to pass a hair follicle drug test.

Position Details:

Permanent, full-time position with no layoffs.
