Lawn Care Payson Lawn Care LLC Payson, UT Job Details Full-time $19 - $27 an hour 4 hours ago Benefits Paid holidays Qualifications Driver's License Full Job Description $500 Sign on bonus• Terms apply. Paid holidays & bonuses. Must be at least 21 years old, and be able to lift 50 lbs above your head. Experience mowing lawns commercially prefered. (Mowing your own lawn does not count as experience). If you earn or qualify for a salaried position ($40,000 per year min) full pay is provided during the winter months. This position requires an 9 month employment contract. Employees are required to maintain full time work from date of hire through December. (Salaried positions get paid through the winter months.) Work begins immediately Located in Payson, Utah Full time Monday-Friday with an occasional Saturday. Valid driver's license and good driving record are required. Experience safely operating riding lawn mowers, string trimmers, hedge trimmers, and backpack blowers, preferred. Must be able learn fast and work independently without supervision. Have the ability to follow exact instructions with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to work manual labor for extended periods of time in during the hot summer months. Summary As a Lawn Care professional, you will help maintain outdoor spaces to ensure safe, healthy, and aesthetically pleasing landscapes. Reporting to the groundskeeping or maintenance supervisor, you will perform landscape maintenance, mowing, trimming, irrigation management, and plant identification while adhering to safety protocols. Your core skills in groundskeeping, hand tools, and pesticide management will drive efficient outdoor work and reliable lawn care. With additional responsibility for equipment operation and adherence to schedules, you will contribute to clean, well-kept outdoor environments for clients and stakeholders. Join our team to uphold high standards of outdoor care. Responsibilities Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, and trimming to maintain a neat, healthy exterior appearance. Perform landscape maintenance, plant identification, irrigation checks, and basic pesticide management and safety protocol adherence. Operate hand tools and machinery (e.g., hedge trimmers, riding mowers) with proper safety practices; conduct routine equipment maintenance. Monitor soil and lawn conditions, perform weed control as needed, and report maintenance needs to ensure optimal outdoor spaces.
