Manufacturing Reports To:
Blending Lead General Description The Blending Team Member is responsible for performing hands-on blending and manufacturing duties in a fast-paced production environment. This position requires physical strength, attention to detail, and the ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment. Responsibilities include identifying and recording raw materials, opening and handling raw material containers, and loading materials into industrial blenders. The Blending Team Member will also clean, assemble, and disassemble blending equipment and ensure all equipment is maintained in a safe and orderly manner. Employees must carefully follow manufacturing orders and instructions to produce products according to company and customer specifications. The position requires the ability to troubleshoot equipment and production issues, identify opportunities for improvement, and help ensure daily production and quality standards are consistently met. Required Qualifications & Physical Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age Able to regularly lift and move 50+ lbs Comfortable performing physically demanding, hands-on work Able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift Able to operate or willing to learn to operate an electric forklift Comfortable working around industrial machinery and production equipment Strong attention to detail Good comprehension and ability to follow written and verbal instructions Quick learner with the ability to learn manufacturing processes Strong problem-solving skills Basic math skills Reliable and dependable Ability to work effectively as part of a team Ability to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Preferred Experience 1-2 years of machine operating experience Manufacturing, warehouse, blending, or production experience Forklift experience Bilingual in English and Spanish Education High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Pay:
$18.70 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
