This position combines commercial cleaning/sanitation work with pest control and lawn care services, providing variety throughout the workday. A typical day will begin with commercial cleaning and sanitation services using professional equipment. Later in the day, you will transition the company vehicle and equipment to perform pest control and/or lawn care services for residential and commercial customers. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, staying active, solving problems, and interacting with customers. As our companies continue to grow, this hybrid position may eventually transition into a full-time position with either the cleaning company or the pest control/lawn care company depending on company needs, growth, and employee fit. A company vehicle is provided, and all fuel and normal vehicle expenses are paid by the company. Responsibilities Perform commercial cleaning and sanitation services at customer facilities using professional cleaning equipment. Load, unload, and operate cleaning equipment, including machines weighing up to approximately 80 lbs. Transition equipment in the company vehicle between cleaning, pest control, and lawn care services as needed. Perform pest control and lawn care services according to company procedures and training. Safely operate and maintain professional cleaning, pest control, and lawn care equipment. Communicate professionally and personably with residential and commercial customers. Manage your daily route and responsibilities with limited supervision. Identify and solve routine problems independently while knowing when an issue needs to be escalated. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional company vehicle. Properly care for company equipment, tools, chemicals, and supplies. Follow all company safety procedures and applicable product and equipment requirements. Communicate with management regarding customer concerns, equipment issues, scheduling problems, or other needs. What We're Looking For This role requires someone who can be trusted to work independently without constant oversight. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, shows up reliably, and can figure things out when unexpected situations arise. The right candidate should be personable and comfortable communicating with customers while also being willing to work hard in a physically demanding position. Requirements Strong work ethic and dependable attendance. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Good problem-solving skills and willingness to take initiative. Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with customers. Ability to repeatedly lift and maneuver equipment weighing up to approximately 80 lbs. Comfortable performing physically demanding work throughout the day. Ability to safely operate cleaning, pest control, and lawn care equipment after training. Valid driver's license and safe driving history. Must have a safe and appropriate location to park the company vehicle overnight. Must be willing to properly maintain and care for the company vehicle and equipment. Prior cleaning, pest control, lawn care, landscaping, or other hands-on service experience is helpful but not required. Training will be provided. We are looking for someone interested in a stable position and strongly prefer candidates who are able to commit to staying with the company for at least one year. What We Provide Company vehicle.
