Satisfactory background check:

Physical ability:

Must be able to lift 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. About the Position Simply Turf is a locally owned, 4.8-star-rated lawn care company serving 1,500+ properties across Northern Virginia. We're looking for dependable, self-motivated people who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in their work. No lawn care experience required—we'll train the right person. You'll manage your own daily route, apply fertilizer and weed control treatments, communicate with customers, and meet daily production and quality standards. You'll work independently, with training and support from our team. What We Offer Weekly and monthly production bonuses that reward your performance. A $1/hour raise upon passing the Virginia Registered Technician exam, required within your first 30 days. Study materials and support provided. Hands-on training in turf care, weed identification, application techniques, and customer service. Career advancement from Technician in Training to Technician 1 to Technician 2, with increased pay and responsibility.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:15 AM-4:30 PM, with occasional Saturdays for weather makeups. Bring a strong work ethic, a professional attitude, and a willingness to learn. We'll teach you the rest.

Pay:

$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
