CARE SUBCONTRACTOR

You Have It Maid, LLC is looking for a dependable lawn care subcontractor for property maintenance assignments throughout Hampton Roads, with Virginia Beach being the primary service area at this time.

$22/hour

Hours:

Up to 8 billable hours per day unless otherwise approved

YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OWN COMMERCIAL LAWN EQUIPMENT, INCLUDING

Commercial lawn mower Weed eater/trimmer Blower Edger and other necessary lawn tools Lawn care supplies Gas/fuel Reliable vehicle and transportation Current liability/business insurance Working cell phone for required job photos

Requirements:

Lawn care experience preferred Must be dependable and able to work independently Must have reliable transportation to Virginia Beach and surrounding Hampton Roads areas Must maintain your own insurance coverage Must complete assigned properties within required deadlines Must provide clear BEFORE, DURING, and AFTER photos for every assigned property Must communicate immediately if there are weather, access, or property issues Please do not apply if you do not have your own commercial lawn equipment, reliable transportation, and current insurance.
