Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Landscape / Deck Laborer and play a vital role in transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional environments! You will work alongside experienced professionals to develop your skills in horticulture, hardscape, and general outdoor construction. Duties Help with Landscaping projects for attractive outdoor spaces Support deck and hardscape installation by preparing sites, mixing materials, and handling tools under supervision Operate hand tools and power tools safely for various landscaping and construction activities Maintain equipment including lawn care machinery, power tools, and landscaping tools through proper cleaning and basic maintenance Follow safety protocols at all times while working with heavy equipment like excavators or during construction projects Skills Mechanical knowledge for operating and maintaining landscaping equipment and power tools Experience with lawn care, gardening, and landscape maintenance techniques Familiarity with hardscape features such as patios, walkways, or retaining walls Ability to use hand tools effectively and safely in various outdoor projects Knowledge of irrigation systems, tree care practices, and horticulture principles Basic understanding of construction processes related to deck building or outdoor structures Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions with a positive attitude This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop practical skills in landscaping, construction, and outdoor maintenance while contributing to beautiful outdoor environments.
