Green Escapes Lawn & Landscape is a growing local lawn and landscape company serving the Tri-State Area. We are looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team as a Lawn Care & Mowing Technician . This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of a growing company. Position Responsibilities Mow residential and commercial properties Trim and edge lawns for a clean, professional appearance Operate commercial zero-turn and other lawn-care equipment Blow off driveways, sidewalks, patios, and other hard surfaces Perform routine equipment maintenance and cleaning Assist with spring and fall cleanups Assist with landscaping projects as needed Maintain a clean and professional appearance on job sites Provide excellent customer service Complete assigned work efficiently and safely Qualifications Valid driver's license Reliable transportation to work Dependable and punctual Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Able to perform physical work throughout the day Ability to operate lawn equipment safely Previous mowing or lawn-care experience is a plus, but not required Experience operating zero-turn mowers is a plus Must take pride in quality workmanship and attention to detail What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for raises and advancement Training provided Consistent seasonal work Opportunity to learn landscaping, hardscapes, and other areas of the industry Work with a growing local company Potential for increased responsibility and leadership opportunities The Right Person for This Position We're looking for someone who shows up, works hard, takes pride in their work, and wants to grow .
