WHAT YOU DO

You're on a lawn mowing crew. But you're doing it right. You leave each property feeling satisfied with how amazing you made it look. You're helping to make sure that the daily and weekly checklists are always done. Sometimes, you may work a few longer days to make up for a rainy day. Clients feel comfortable and informed when you meet with them. You get along well with your supervisors and coworkers. Team members are excited to work with you. If you notice that someone missed a spot in the backyard, you take care of it because you're already there.
