Responsibilities:
Apply lawn care applications (fertilizer, weed control, pest management, etc.) safely and effectively Perform routine mowing, trimming, and edging to maintain beautiful lawns Conduct irrigation service and repairs — including startup, shutdown, and troubleshooting sprinkler systems Assist with seasonal services , including snow removal during the winter months Operate and maintain lawn care equipment in good working condition Provide friendly, professional service to all customers A well-qualified applicant will possess the following traits and skills: Possess or have the ability to pass pesticide certification test within 60 days of employment Data entry/database software experience preferred but not required. Must be coachable in a fluent & dynamic operational environment. Attention to detail is essential. Ability to diagnose and recommend treatment for a wide range of lawn and irrigation issues. Stand, bend and walk for more than 8 hours a day in various weather conditions. Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and team members via written and verbal applications. Technical & mechanical aptitude towards lawn care & irrigation systems, equipment and processes. An individual who is trustworthy, punctual and reliable with flexibility to work seasonal hours, which may include long days based on production schedules and weather variables. Customer service skills and abilities to produce additional sales opportunities. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
