All employees are required to be available to work any position as needed, qualified, and licensed.

Some of our positions include:

Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader and Crew Members

• This position would primarily involve maintenance services such as lawn maintenance, zero-turn mowing, line trimming, and spring/fall clean-ups. Landscaping Crew Leader and Crew Members
• This position would involve landscape projects, including planting, seeding, and more. It also requires the ability to identify weeds, plants, and shrubs and prune them to industry standards. Weed Management Crew Leader and Crew Members
• Plant care, hand weeding, and backpack weed control. This position requires the ability to identify weeds and plants. 3.0 Applicator License required for spraying. Fertilizer Applicators
• This position would apply fertilizers and herbicides. It includes operating a Z-Sprayer and sometimes a push spreader. A 3.0 Applicator License is required. The candidate must also be self-motivated and able to work independently. One year of experience is preferred. Snow Plow Operator
• This position would require a motivated individual ideally with a minimum of 1 year of experience as a snow plow driver. Some hand shoveling or salting may also be required. Shovel Crew Member/Leader
• This position requires a motivated individual to help clear residential and commercial walks using a variety of tools, including snow shovels, push spreaders, and snow blowers.

For all positions, employees must be able to lift 50 lbs. Pay is based on experience and the role they are being hired on for. Employees must ensure all work is completed with excellent quality while meeting time and material budgets. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required. Our positions are year-round, with lawn care and landscaping work in the summer and snow removal work in the winter. Hours can vary seasonally, but especially in the winter due to weather events.
