Job Summary We are looking for a full time crew member to join our team. The ideal candidate is reliable, hard working, and can have a flexible schedule due to the weather. Experience mowing with commercial equipment is preferred, but will train the ideal candidate. Responsibilities Perform regular mowing, trimming, and edging of lawns to maintain a neat, professional appearance. Utilize lawn mowing equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain equipment in good working order through regular inspections while on the job. Collaborate with manager and team members to ensure each client's property is properly being maintained. Skills Proficient in lawn mowing techniques including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns. Ability to use lawn mowing equipment and tools safely and effectively in various lawn mowing tasks. Attention to detail on each property. Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within scheduled timeframes. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with manager, team members, and clients
