We're seeking a green-thumbed individual to join our team! As a Cactus Nursery Employee, you'll be immersed in the world of cacti and succulents, caring for these unique plants and helping customers find their perfect desert companions.

Responsibilities:

Plant Care:

Tend to our diverse collection of cacti and succulents, including watering, pruning, fertilizing, and repotting.

Customer Service:

Assist customers with plant selection, providing knowledgeable advice on care and maintenance. Process sales and handle customer inquiries. Answer phones and collect necessary customer information regarding potential jobs.

Nursery Maintenance:

Keep the nursery clean, organized, and welcoming to visitors. This includes raking and weeding on a regular basis. Monitor plant health and address issues.

Propagation:

Assist with propagating new plants through various techniques.

Qualifications:

Passion for plants, especially cacti and succulents Basic knowledge of plant care and horticulture Ability to lift heavy objects Excellent customer service skills and sales experience Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions Valid AZ driver's license and ability to pass a drug test If you're a dedicated plant enthusiast looking for a rewarding job, we encourage you to apply. Pay:

$15.45 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
