Responsibilities Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Observe and document children's progress and developmental milestones. Communicate regularly with families about children's learning and behavior. Support social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning. Collaborate with center staff to align with Kinder Care's curriculum and standards. Manage classroom behavior using positive guidance strategies. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Contribute to an inclusive, nurturing, and culturally responsive classroom culture.
