Job Description
KinderCare is seeking Teachers for our Desert Trail Skyrise center to inspire young minds and nurture each child's potential. In this on-site role, you will plan and lead developmentally appropriate, play-based lessons, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom. You will observe and document children's progress, communicate regularly with families, and collaborate with colleagues to uphold KinderCare's high standards. Responsibilities Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Observe and document children's progress and developmental milestones. Communicate regularly with families about children's learning and behavior. Support social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning. Collaborate with center staff to align with Kinder Care's curriculum and standards. Manage classroom behavior using positive guidance strategies. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Contribute to an inclusive, nurturing, and culturally responsive classroom culture.
