Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Greenhouse Assistant Manager to lead and support our daily retail & growing operations in our 17,000 square-foot greenhouse. Duties Backup cashier or head cashier as needed. Must be able to memorize the names of 100's of varieties of plants to ensure accuracy of plant labels at checkout. Restocking retail merchandise and checkout supplies from outdoor storage. Weeding, removing dead leaves, watering, and potting plants. Prioritizing overall quality control, and delegating daily responsibilities to the rest of the team in coordination with the owners. Ensuring excellent customer service is the #1 priority. The greenhouse can become as hot as 95 degrees Fahrenheit during the summer, so applicants should be confident in their ability to tolerate the hot & humid conditions. Weekend availability is required (Friday-Sunday)
