Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Groundskeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining beautiful landscapes and ensuring the overall upkeep of outdoor spaces. This role involves a variety of tasks related to landscaping, lawn care, and general maintenance, utilizing both hand and power tools to achieve high-quality results. Duties Perform regular landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns. Utilize irrigation systems effectively to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns. Conduct gardening tasks such as planting, weeding, and mulching to enhance the aesthetic appeal of outdoor areas. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for various maintenance tasks. Assist in the installation and repair of irrigation systems as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, tools, and equipment. Collaborate with team members to complete landscaping projects on time and to specifications. Monitor plant health and report any issues. Qualifications Proven experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture is preferred. Familiarity with irrigation systems and lawn care practices is a plus. Ability to operate various hand tools and power tools safely. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work. Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to work independently when required. A valid driver's license may be required for transportation between job sites.
