GreenTech Landscaping Management is seeking an experienced Estate Gardener & Landscape Manager to oversee the day-to-day horticultural care and appearance of high-end residential properties. This is more than a traditional gardening position . We are looking for someone with strong horticultural knowledge who can independently recognize problems, care for plants properly, monitor irrigation, and take ownership of the overall landscape. Key Responsibilities Detailed horticultural pruning, grooming, and plant training Plant establishment, hand watering, and seasonal color management Monitor plant health, soil moisture, nutrition, pests, and diseases Perform regular pest and disease scouting using IPM principles Monitor irrigation and identify overwatering, underwatering, and system issues Care for exterior containers and interior plants Monitor autonomous mowing equipment and turf quality Maintain fountains and water features Perform environmentally responsible weed management Document observations, completed work, and recommendations through our work-ticket system Follow assigned work through completion and communicate issues requiring additional support Ideal Candidate 3+ years of professional horticulture, estate gardening, or high-end landscape experience Strong knowledge of Florida plants, palms, turf, and landscape conditions Good understanding of pruning, soil health, irrigation, and plant nutrition Ability to identify common pests, diseases, and plant-health problems Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Comfortable working independently and using a smartphone/work-ticket system Valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record Ability to work outdoors year-round and perform physical landscape duties

Preferred:

Horticulture education/certification, Florida pesticide license, irrigation experience, IPM knowledge, or experience with high-end residential estates.

Compensation Starting salary:

$60,000+ per year, based on experience and qualifications. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of the landscape—not just the task.
