Pay:

$16.00-$25.00 per hour (based on experience and performance) Join Our Growing Team! Down To Dirt Plant Nursery is looking for a dependable, hardworking, and positive individual to join our team! If you enjoy working with plants, don't mind getting your hands dirty, and take pride in providing great customer service, we'd love to hear from you. This is currently an as-needed, part-time position, with the opportunity for additional hours as our business continues to grow. Most work will be on weekends, with occasional weekday shifts as needed. Responsibilities Planting and potting a variety of plants Watering and general greenhouse maintenance Assisting customers and providing friendly, knowledgeable service Tagging, labeling, and organizing inventory Helping with production and preparing plants for sale Cleaning and maintaining a neat, professional workspace Assisting with greenhouse projects and improvements Working alongside the owner to create an enjoyable shopping experience for customers Loading, unloading, and moving plants and supplies as needed What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliable and punctual Comfortable working outdoors and in greenhouse conditions Able to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods Willingness to learn about plants (plant knowledge is a plus, but we're happy to teach the right person) Friendly, professional, and customer-focused Able to work independently while also being a team player Compensation & Benefits $16.00-$25.00 per hour, depending on experience and performance Performance-based raises Seasonal bonuses Performance bonuses Opportunities for increased hours as the business grows Hands-on experience in a fast-growing specialty plant nursery If you're passionate about plants, enjoy staying busy, and want to be part of a small business that's growing quickly, we'd love to meet you!
