You're a hands-on, organized leader who thrives in a fast-paced cultivation environment and understands the full cultivation lifecycle, from cloning and veg through harvest and post-harvest. You're comfortable stepping in wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly and teams supported. You lead with consistency and accountability, balancing people leadership with a strong focus on quality, compliance, and accurate recordkeeping. You take pride in producing high-quality cannabis while ensuring day-to-day cultivation activities meet company standards and state requirements.What You'll Do:
As a Cultivation Supervisor, you will support the day-to-day operations of a large-scale cultivation facility, leading teams through the full grow cycle while maintaining high standards for quality, compliance, and productivity. You'll balance hands-on cultivation work with people leadership, process execution, and continuous improvement across the department. Lead and support Cultivation Leads and Associates across all stages of cultivation, from cloning and vegetation through harvest Oversee daily cultivation activities including watering, feeding, transplanting, defoliation, sanitation, room prep, and mother plant care Ensure plant health, product integrity, and adherence to cultivation protocols throughout the grow cycle Train, coach, and develop team members in alignment with SOPs, ensuring consistent and effective documentation of training Support department KPIs and core metrics related to quality, quantity, productivity, and efficiency Execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to meet operational goals Maintain accurate tracking and recordkeeping in MJ Freeway and other production systems in compliance with state regulations Utilize and manage cultivation data, including grow schedules, plant inventory, load plans, and daily production trackers Monitor environmental control systems and maintain clean, organized cultivation spaces Support people-management functions such as scheduling, coaching, and performance reviews Stay current on industry best practices, cultivation techniques, and cannabis strain knowledge Uphold all Curaleaf SOPs, state compliance requirements, and HR policies, including confidentiality standardsWhat You'll Bring:
3+ years of cannabis cultivation experience, with hands-on knowledge across the full grow cycle 2+ years of people management experience, leading teams of 5+ and driving performance and accountability Strong technical expertise in cultivation practices, including media, irrigation, lighting, environmental controls, crop rotation, IPM, nutrient management, and cannabis genetics Proven ability to build, lead, and develop cohesive teams in fast-paced production environments Excellent time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Strong commitment to confidentiality, compliance, and operational standards Flexibility to work on site, including rotational weekends, holidays, and extended coverage as neededEven Better If:
Experience working in an indoor, large-scale cultivation environment Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Kaizen, 5S, or Six Sigma Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and cannabis cultivation compliance standards Physical Requirements Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods of time (8-10 hours per shift) Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and occasional lifting of heavier items with assistance Frequent and repetitive use of hands and wrists for extended periods of time Repetitive bending, squatting, and reaching Ability to climb ladders or step stools to access plants or equipment Ability to use required PPE when required, such as masks, hair nets, beard covers, respirators, boot covers, scrubs, non-slip shoes, and Tyvek suits as necessary Environmental Conditions Exposure to environments with high humidity, varying temperatures, and strong odors (such as cannabis) Exposure to soil, water, fertilizer, dust, pollen and plant pathogens Exposure to cleaning solvents, such as high volumes of isopropyl alcohol Exposure to loud noises, including but not limited to air compressors, packaging equipment, and alarms Exposure to CO2 manufacturing procedures at OSHA approved CO2 levelsWhat We Offer:
