This is a physically active job ideal for someone who is passionate about plants, presentation, and customer engagement. Duties Assist with daily greenhouse activities, including plant care, watering, pest and disease identification. Process and merchandise incoming shipments of plant materials in a timely fashion. Maintain a helpful and positive demeanor while assisting customers with plant selection and plant care questions. Support outdoor work activities as needed. Requirements Prior experience in a greenhouse is highly preferred Ability to identify common plants, pests, and diseases Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks Passion for gardening and outdoor environments.

Pay:

$14.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 18.0 - 40.0 per week
