FAES | ATI Plant Science Engineering Technologies The Part-Time temporary greenhouse and teaching and learning garden assistant is responsible for active participation in ATI greenhouse operations (40%) in collaboration with the greenhouse faculty and greenhouse manager as well as the ATI teaching and learning gardens. These collaborative tasks include plant care, coordination of plant production, and planning and execution of plant sales. Primary Responsibilities Greenhouse and Gardens Operations- Assist in the daily operations of greenhouse and teaching and learning garden facilities.
- Perform plant care activities including watering, fertilization, pruning, pest management, and environmental monitoring in collaboration with the Greenhouse faculty and Greenhouse Manager.
- Coordinate production schedules in collaboration with the Greenhouse faculty and Greenhouse Manager to support instructional needs and plant sales.
- Collaborate with the Greenhouse faculty and Greenhouse Manager to plan and facilitate ATI plant sales.
- Mentor student workers as needed.
