This leadership position requires excellent management and communication skills along with hands-on knowledge of lawn, tree and shrub care. Responsibilities Oversee crews responsible for lawn spraying and tree/shrub treatments. Schedule and supervise daily operations. Ensure all chemical applications meet safety and regulatory standards. Diagnose turf and ornamental plant problems and recommend treatments. Maintain chemical inventory and equipment. Communicate professionally with customers and employees. Requirements Valid Oklahoma Commercial Applicator License Category 3 required - applicants without a current license need not apply. Strong knowledge of turfgrass, tree and shrub care. Proven management and leadership experience. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Dependable with a commitment to quality workmanship. Compensation & Benefits Salary is dependent on experience. Healthcare insurance is available.
