Can you run a crew, operate heavy equipment, fix pumps, build and repair greenhouses, troubleshoot a boiler—and still like getting your hands dirty? We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Maintenance & Construction Manager to join our large greenhouse and nursery operation. This is a working manager position overseeing a crew of up to 12 people and a fleet of approximately 30 vehicles and equipment units.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead and work alongside a crew of up to 12 Install, maintain and repair pumps and irrigation systems Build and repair plastic greenhouses Maintain and operate excavators, backhoes, dozers and farm equipment Work with heating, cooling and boiler systems Handle general construction, carpentry and mill operations Manage maintenance and repairs for a 30-unit equipment fleet Keep projects moving and solve problems as they arise

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for a skilled tradesman, equipment operator, mechanic, builder—or someone who has mastery of a little bit of everything.

You should be:

Highly experienced with hands-on maintenance and construction Comfortable operating heavy equipment Mechanically inclined and a good problem solver Experienced leading a crew Dependable, organized and safety-minded Willing to work alongside your crew. This is NOT supervising from a desk

THE PACKAGE

$10,000 per month salary 3-bedroom home provided — $3,000/month rental value Home is located next to the main operation. If you have the experience, mechanical ability and work ethic to keep a major greenhouse and nursery operation running at peak levels, we want to hear from you.
