The job requires experience in horticulture, retail, and management, with responsibilities ranging from plant care to customer service and administrative tasks. This position will also be responsible for coaching and training apprentices in horticulture, plant care, customer service, and POS usage.

… Lead day-to-day greenhouse and garden center operations Supervise and develop greenhouse staff Oversee plant care, production, inventory, and ordering Support an excellent customer experience Plan and execute seasonal operations Contribute to events, education, and community engagement Help grow a nonprofit business that creates employment and learning opportunities for teens
