Hours:

Varies, up to 25 hrs. per week

Days:

Varies, could include days, evenings and weekends

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Patrols grounds and building to ensure compliance with rules and maintain order Greets and directs visitors Performs crowd and facility control tasks Assists with rental or supervises tenant in supervisor's absence to assure in/out on schedule Checks facility for damage and completes tenant check in/out form Maintains a positive work atmosphere by performing and communicating in a manner that promotes good relationships with members of the community, co-workers, and supervisors. Additional tasks could include answering the telephone, assisting with customer service during busy hours, and other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent 6 months of customer service work experience or any combination of education/experience that provides equivalent knowledge and skill Valid Missouri driver's license
