The Seasonal Fee Collector will greet visitors, collect entrance fees, and provide helpful information to guests throughout the summer season. • Must be at least 16 years old
• Comfortable handling cash and making change
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Able to follow procedures and work independently
• Dependable and punctual
• Able to sit or stand for long periods in an outdoor booth environment
• Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check Seasonal Fee Collector Responsibilities
• Collect park entrance fees and process cash transactions accurately
• Issue daily passes, permits, and receipts to visitors
• Provide general information about park rules, amenities, and directions
• Maintain a clean and organized fee booth
• Follow established cash-handling procedures and balance your drawer
• Communicate questions or issues to park supervisors
